Passionate about all aspects of design and user experience, Juergen founded Polymash to be a leader in the digital interactive publishing revolution. He offers a unique and visionary combination of deep technology and business understanding to developing and marketing global products that deliver engaging interactive client experiences across multiple platforms. He also brings his artistic abilities as a photographer, graphic artist, 3D environment designer and musician to compliment his corporate career as a global IT & Technology Strategist, Product Manager, and User Experience Designer. This unique combination of diverse strengths and knowledge uniquely qualifies him to guide clients through the creation and positioning of products in emerging app marketplaces.

Beth is masterful at integrating both the visual and written elements in design. With a background in Communications Design and Marketing, Beth is highly effective at balancing clients’ goals with the needs and expectations of their audience. She ensures we fully leverage the powerful effect words and visuals create when thoughtfully considered and attractively arranged. Beth creates approachable, stylish and appropriate designs that fully leverage the technologies available. She has developed concepts and designs for commercials, print advertising, identity branding, magazine and book designs, and promotion/event collateral for a wide range of prominently known clients including: Condé Nast, Hearst, Time Warner, American Express, Citibank, USPS, Kohl’s, Smith Barney and Bertolli.

She brings her distinctive ability to catalyze the power of participation, engagement and collaboration to the process of creating apps with clients as well as incorporating those principles in app design.
